The zippered compartment on the bottom increases capacity and gives wet or dirty items their own place. Two zippered sliders keep contents, such as a rain jacket, within easy reach at all times. The back of the pack has a compartment for a laptop or other flat items you want to stow there. The buckle pocket on the front helps with organization and provides another place to stash necessities. Waxed canvas protects against the elements and will last for years to come. The padded back straps provide comfort, and the brass ring attachment system supports the pack and allows independent movement between the back and the pack.
