Deliberately designed for open fire use, the extended handle, dual spouts and renowned heat release technology make these pans a dream to cook with. The Dutch -Oven -style lid has an extra rim to hold hot coals and acts as an additional cooking surface. Place them directly on coals or open fires as a second pan.
