Traditional outdoor vests were widely worn for hunting in the USA. This is where the special snake pockets, or game pockets, that sit next to the button placket and snake around the torso come from. These spacious pockets were intended for prey or ammunition and are a traditional feature of many hunting vests. The regular fit vest is made from robust, expressive 500g/m2 corduroy from the traditional German manufacturer Kindermann. Fabrics have been produced there for workwear manufacturers and others since 1885. The vest is also lined with a chambray fabric and finished with many small details. Made in Italy.
